Hey everyone. I apologize for the quality of this video. I was trying a new camera. Needless to say, I will not be using it again!
The last couple days have been busy in my shop with milling up a bunch of walnut for a butcher block island top. I figured it would be a perfect time to share the steps that I follow when milling rough lumber. I see the question of "why aren't my boards lining up?" asked a lot of various pages and sites. While these steps may be common practice with most, it is not common knowledge to everyone, and that is why I wanted to share. If you have any questions or comments, please leave below.
