My OBS cant detect the VST2 plugins. @StavrosSkunk

I am following the certain tutorials about improving the mic quality for OBS.
Some people recommend using these plugins. I am following those steps, but of course something must be going wrong no matter how much I am following them. Does anyone know how to enable those plugins?
