It was time for a complete work planner refresh! In today’s video, I’m walking through my brand new work planner setup and sharing a behind-the-scenes look at how I organize my creative business, YouTube content, Patreon projects, shop releases, and everyday tasks.
Before setting up the new planner, I’m flipping through my previous work planner and talking honestly about what worked well, what felt overwhelming, and what simply didn’t fit the way I actually work. I always think it’s important to reevaluate your planner systems so your planner continues to support your real life and workflow.
Then we dive into some frankinplanning fun as I combine the new Kellofaplan Content Creator Planner with my own planner inserts — especially my Simple Weekly layout — to build a planner system that feels functional, flexible, and creative.
