My undiagnosed autism needs structure, but my raging ADHD would rather set itself on fire. So I created a brand new system and workbook to cater to the needs of both. Everything I need for ultimate organisation and outlining, but the choice for wiggle room and creativity should I need it. I’m excited to try it out, and even more excited to share it with you today!
