Time to talk about the new Rolling Cuts technique that I am using. I have been an advocate for collecting all cuts into jars for a long time. But I don't often do that anymore.
I still think it's a great way to get into the hobby and really learn about what's coming off your still. But once you have done that for a while you may want to try this instead.
