Sorcerers Apprentice Reads | My Most Recommended Books @SorcerersApprenticeReads | Uploaded May 2020 | Updated October 2024, 1 hour ago.
What are the books you recommend to other people the most often? For me, some are my all-time favorites, but some are works that I think are a good entry point to a series or that are a good choice for people that haven't read much fantasy or who have only read more classic fantasy. This is a list of the books that I recommend the most frequently, and that I think are accessible and appealing to a wide range of readers.
Books mentioned: Mistborn by Brandon Sanderson (Cosmere), The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss (Kingkiller Chronicle) , The Warrior's Apprentice and Shards of Honor by Lois McMaster Bujold (Vorkosigan Saga), To Say Nothing of the Dog by Connie Willis, The Crocodile on the Sandbank by Elizabeth Peters, An Artist of the Floating World by Kazuo Ishiguro, Anathem by Neal Stephenson.
Are there any books that you recommend a lot that other people don't seem to get through?
