This is an easy Squash Casserole that my Mom sent me! If you need something to do with all that summer squash this one is it! #Squash #Casserole #Texas

2 cups cooked squash
1 medium chopped onion
2 cups crumbled cornbread
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all together and bake at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes.
