This video is from an old 2013 promotion between Sanrio and the service "Point Master", think of it as Honey before Honey happened. There was a series of 4 short videos produced to explain the service and how to use it, though I've only managed to find this one, the second of the four, in its original format (though low quality recordings of all are still available).
