My last name is the only thing I truly own in this world.
Everything else can be lost. Money comes and goes. At 30 I was broke and moving back into my mother’s house. I left home at 17 for the military and clawed my way forward from there, and I documented all of it. People have watched my life turn upside down and right side up for ten years straight.
So when I put my name on something, it means something to me.
That’s why I build the way I build. I don’t sell courses. I don’t sell dreams. I sell the one thing I’ve always made with my own hands: real estate. Real buildings, real villas, real projects you can walk through and touch.
First generation Jamaican American. By the odds, I’m not supposed to be an American success story. So the only way anyone was ever going to believe in me was if I earned it in the open, transparently, for years, with nothing to hide.
When my name is on a project, I protect it with everything I have. Because if you buy from me, you’re not just buying a property. You’re trusting my name. And I don’t take that lightly.
