Before anyone asks, LA Devotee is still being made! I'm just waiting on some backups before i can put everything together.
Ayyy ok so this map is kind of difficult to explain but i hope i did a good job of it below. The aim of it is to start of low and uncertain and reach a sense of strength and purpose by the end.
While i do have thematics in mind and have rules down below, I want people to contemplate and listen to the flow of the music to find their own meanings within it. For this reason please DO NOT look up the lyrics for the song. I know what they are but I feel like people can do more without knowing the meaning. If you know the meaning, please dont share it. I don't want the words to get in the way of intuition. The themes I've written down are for aesthetic purposes only and are not necessary to follow in terms of story telling. The image I used by itself has a good sense of what I hope for. Again, if you have something better in mind, you dont have to follow it.

Theme: Memories, Courage, recovery, hope, hurting, sorrow, trauma, disassociation, glass, mirrors, crystals
Rules:
- DO NOT LOOK FOR THE LYRICS OR REFERENCE THEM. This MAP is supposed to focus on the feeling of the music rather than the words. Which is why I chose a song in a language other than english.
- Tweening is allowed to some extent but try to have some amount of animation in there.
- No Subtitles or Lyrics. You are completely free to use character
dialogue though if you can figure out how to fit it in clearly. Pretend that the lyrics are your dialogue if you have to.
- You can make an animation about anything, but I will prefer OCs
over already established characters. This is mostly to avoid one fandom taking over the map. That being said, if you have a compelling idea for a canon character, let me know and I'll consider it more strongly.
- If you read the rules; (All of them), reply with who/what you're intending to animate for your part.
- I have no limit on how many parts per person, but the parts are LONG so be careful how many you take.
- Try to aim to make backgrounds look a bit surrealistic or Beautiful. This is not necessary though if you have something nicer in mind.
- For the parts where music gets distorted (aka like in part 2), your backgrounds should also distort a bit. (Again this one is not as necessary, but would be nice to create a sense of continuity.)
- Please make your part 1080p;
- Don't watermark your work please, I will do it for you.
- Gore is allowed but not excessively.
