We did one EARLY Season 11 and since Monoma, Strike Kendo, and Rapid All-Might are in the game, it's time to do the REAL Tier List to answer the question, "who is now the best character to play for the rest of this season and Season 12?"

This tier list is subjective and is my opinion.
