With Season 10 almost done and the recent release of Shinso and Assault Ochaco, who is the best character to play for the season and next?
This tier list is subjective and is my opinion. I will only take the "average" (solo and team play) and rank based on how they function in a match, either fighting or playing as them.
The T.U.N.I.N.G. system will not be taken into account (except for 1 who struggles).
