I didn't expect this first episode to be already with the beginning of this big fight which promises to be there for plenty of episodes ! Shigaraki is out to face that hero coming from the US, Star And Stripe, and it's promising with her quirk which is so powerful but can't work on him. The fact that she can "order" for things/people to do stuff just if they touch them, but for that she needs to call them by their names ; and it doesn't work on Shigaraki because right now, he merges so much with All For One, that he's not himself anymore…
It was nice to see Deku taking some rest, just having a calm moment, doing his laundry, and then going to see his friends. He deserves that, he needs that. And I hope he's not gonna get involved in the fight which is beginning : Star And Stripe is already gonna receive help from Endeavor and the others.
