I’ve gotta admit—this year’s training has been on another level. I’m still learning and discovering things along the way, and one big realization is that I actually perform better at night (at least so far). Another surprise: even though cardio is every bodybuilder’s nightmare, doing just 5–10 minutes as a warm-up has seriously improved my workouts by getting my body warm and my heart going.
It’s wild how you can still learn new things about something you’ve been doing for years—that’s growth. What started as a simple goal to lose weight has turned into gaining weight the right way: with strength.
To quote my fellow Canadians… let’s fucking go. 💪🇨🇦
