A common problem on the FX Airguns DRS models is when the charging handle will not cock and the pellet probe will not retract all the way back, even though the charging handle is fully retracted. This can result in the magazine becoming stuck in the gun with no way to remove it, or fire the rifle. The solution is quite simple. You can fix this by gently pressing the trigger and resetting it. Now your rifle will cock.
DO NOT force the magazine out when the rifle is in this non cocking condition. This will damage your fill probe and your magazine.
