The Demonic Offering and Sinister Offering spells require wrath runes to cast after unlocking the Arceuus spellbook and completing the quest A Kingdom Divided. The spell gives 3 times the normal xp of burying bones/scattering ashes. You can use up to 3 bones/ashes per cast and to craft wrath runes you need to have completed Dragon Slayer 2 and have 95 Runecrafting. My team loves me for doing this and for HCIM/UIM/HC Group Ironman it is a game changer in passive prayer xp on the way to 99 Slayer.
