This is the final boss of the game. I've only beaten him once before, a little over a year ago online with other people. But even that took quite a few attempts and I was terrible. There was a guy who used Vane that time and his shield helped with some of the tricky parts.
Anyway, before I put the game down back then, I had gotten stronger and I did try this boss but the best I got him down to was 30% hp.
I had been thinking about that again recently and this weekend I decided to gear up my Vane to try the same strategy. So I have just started playing him today. He seems pretty simple to play so I'm enjoying him more than I expected.
Anyway, I'm still bad, but after a few hours of attempts I managed to beat this guy just barely by the skin of my ass. It was absolutely not pretty, but I'm happy just to have beaten him before the new expansion coming in 1.5 months.
I like the music near the end of the fight. Makes me think of the Mushihimesama soundtrack!
