Today i'm making pasta from home for the first time, super beginner friendly, its easy to make homemade pasta fresh you just have to have the right measurements and ingredients.

For 4 servings
400 grams of flour
I'm using OO but you can also use All purpose flour
4 eggs
For every 100 grams of. flour use 1 egg
salt (optional)
Olive oil (optional)

I am using a kitchenAid mixer
without a pasta machine you'll need to roll out the dough with a roller till it is thin, then shape it.
How to make pasta without eggs...can't help you with that one!

This is really about skill so practice makes perfect!
