There are two quilt blocks that make up the pattern in this quilt: a square in a square block and an hourglass block. In this hourglass, three different fabrics are used. The same background fabric is on each side, but a different fabric is used on the top than on the bottom. Sara demonstrates making both of the needed blocks and shows how to lay them out to get the full quilt pattern.
