For the first full day in Everglades National Park I decided to book a boat tour. I figured it would be this gentle ride around where the guide would point things out but we went cruising down some canals out to a huge lake on a very blustery day and even got some surprises!
Afterwards I hung out near the pier, visited the visitor center at Flamingo Marina, then did a little hike along the shore, the Guy Bradley Trail, to see yet another surprise.
