🎂💔 Bittersweet day today. Three years ago, my surprise foal and very first foal, Esmeralda, came into this world and completely changed my life. Watching her grow from a tiny filly into the beautiful young mare she is today has been one of the greatest joys of my horse journey. Every milestone, every lesson, and every memory with her has been incredibly special. But this birthday also carries a heavy heart. Earlier this year, we said goodbye to her incredible mom, Belle. As much as I want to celebrate Esmeralda's big day, it's impossible not to feel Belle's absence. She was a truly special mare, and so much of who Esmeralda is comes from her. Today we celebrate Esmeralda's 3rd birthday, reflect on the amazing journey we've shared, and honor the beautiful mare who made it all possible. ❤️ Happy Birthday, Ezzy. Your mama would be so proud of the horse you've become.
