I discuss the first documentary I made for AfriForum, called "Selfbestuur". This documentary explains the Solidariteit (Solidarity) Movement's detailed plan for the future, through the principle of community-federalism.

By means of various speakers, the ideas of becoming "staatsbestand" (state-proof) and "selfdoen" (do it yourself) are examined and unpacked, as well as demonstrated through practical examples. The documentary further discusses the "ankergemeenskappe" (anchor communities) initiative, international examples of federalism in action, provincial autonomy, growing autonomy for the Western Cape, Orania, Pretoria as a cultural canton, and more.
