I've got a single malt Australian whisky from the Starward distillery in Melbourne today. This is their 100 Proof. It's part of their core range that's been fully matured in red wine casks. It's also the first time I've ever had a bottle of Australian single malt! I'll taste it and give you my thoughts. Cheers!
