I recently did a run in Cambridge and ran 10km for the first time! It was the Wings for Life run where you run (or walk) until the truck catches up to you and then you stop. I made it just past the 10km mark when the truck passed me! I know it might not be a lot for some people, but I was pretty proud of myself considering that I've only ran up to 5km before and it was the hottest day ever!
