In the world of language learning, translations and dubs have a somewhat controversial reputation.
Some believe that translations are a waste of time, and that media is best in its original language. That too much is lost in the translation and therefore isn't good for immersion learners.
But others argue, including Ben (and most of us at Refold) that translations are amazing resources. They're made by natives for natives, allow you to chase your specific interests, and even revisit your favorite content. And when done well, they can be just as good, if not better, than the original work.
