**Cracked wheel** - We’ve consulted with our technical team, and under normal usage conditions, the idler wheel should not crack. In rare cases, this might occur due to damage sustained during transportation—such as a drop from a height—which may have caused a hairline fracture that wasn't immediately visible. As the machine runs, the wheel could then break apart. We sincerely apologize that this happened. If possible, could you consider pinning a comment with an explanation? As this is a highly uncommon situation, we hope to avoid causing unnecessary concern among other users.

**GPS lost issue** - For optimal GPS performance, we recommend placing the RTK module in a high, unobstructed location—ideally on a rooftop—away from trees, buildings, or metal structures. Environmental factors like canopy cover and nearby obstacles can impact signal stability and accuracy. When installed ideally, Yarbo’s RTK system delivers centimeter-level precision. We’re continuously optimizing system performance based on real-world use, and we appreciate every piece of feedback that helps us move forward.
