To end 2018 here is a simple Model Import.
Ive manually reduced the polygon count of the Wedding Suit from Odyssey to make the game less likely to lag. Bowser here still has about 2K more polygons than without the Suit but its way better than the 12K that it started off as. Yeah that took a little while to do, which is why I dont plan on doing the same for Mario & Peachs Wedding Outfits.
He comes with the standard stuff:

Great rig, although the collar for his suit is a little wonky because of its design and Brawl Bowsers animations.

Theres no Giga Bowser form because I honestly dont feel like editing the suit to fit his proportions....uh I mean because the suit gets destroyed during the transformation....yeah....
No recolors this time because I dont care. lol

I needed to channel my hype for King K. Rool being in Smash Ultimate through a mod of some sort, so heres King K. Rool over Bowser in NSMBW!
The model is the Super Mario Sluggers one (already in an A-Pose) with the cape from the Brawl Trophy (t-posed as best I could) and remapped the textures for the eyes and cape.
I also replicated the unique shading thing that Bowser does so the textures are semi-transparent.

Adds Tifa Lockhart as a Skin for Batgirl. Has some slight animation issues because I kept the proportions the same, but the actual Gameplay is unaffected.
DESCRIPTION:
This mod adds Tifa Lockhart from Final Fantasy VII Remake as a new Skin for Batgirl. Its a pretty direct import although I did have to redo the rigging for various things and also do some edits to the Textures for Material purposes.
Tifa has accurate proportions which results in some animation issues but no issues regarding the actual Gameplay.
The biggest issue is simply that the Hair has some wonky Physics because it uses an edited copy of Harley Quinns Hair Physics. The Hair has a habit of getting stuck inside Tifas Body but moving around will fix it.
Tifa has No Cape which looks a little odd but I didnt want to give her one. While I was able to port over the Batman Beyond Cape, for some reason it would be invisible a lot of the time which I found more distracting than simply not having it. Likely an issue with using it for a Batgirl Skin instead of a Batman Skin.

This mod adds Mario as a new Skin for Batman. It does have some issues that affect Gameplay because I edited the Bones for Mario to keep his proportions. Hopefully these issues can be fixed in the future.
DESCRIPTION:
Have you ever wanted to play a Batman game as Mario? Probably not but this is what I typically do when modding games. lol
Anyways, Marios model is from Super Mario Odyssey but with various edits to better fit Arkham Knights Artstyle like utilizing the games Micro Bump Map feature to have more detailed Fabric and Skin Textures.
Mario has accurate proportions which works surprisingly well during Combat, I didnt notice any issues regarding the Hitboxes. Mario will visually clip through Objects & Characters during animations but he wont actually clip through anything so dont worry about falling through a Floor or going through a Wall.
Because of how the characters are animated in this game, I had to overhaul Marios Eyes & Eyelids to work properly which did result in some wonky movement due to being designed differently. Looks fine for the most part, but it looks awful whenever Mario is looking off to the side because the Eyelids will also rotate alongside the Eyes. O_o
Mario can remove his Cap whenever Batman removes his Cowl, it looks really silly but works. If youre familiar with Marios design then youll notice that his Hair is a bit squished, thats because its always visible. Batmans Hair doesnt simply appear & disappear during Cutscenes, its actually a separate model that gets spawned. This model is actually shared between all Batman Skins, so editing it for Mario wasnt an option.
I have no plans to make this mod for any of the other Batman: Arkham games, feel free to backport it yourself but please Credit me if you release it.
Preferably with a Credits.txt similar to the one thats included in this mod.
