the player (technically you) goes afk for a few seconds to process Sans is bleeding in a black and white filter and that he shouldnt bleed in the first place and yes this does mean this whole thing is caused by Sanss either pranking you with ketchup or because he is from deltarune (which would just be the regular deltarune universe )
