In todays video a coach had to step aside for 10 minutes, so I stepped in to help the gymnasts work on their beam routines! I'm not actually a real coach, but I did gymnastics for 10 years- so I try to help them as best as I can with their skills (but i am seriously not qualified to do so and dont know what I'm saying) so dont judge me too hard on it!
