Dark Necessities by Luca Stricagnoli (originally by the Red Hot Chili Peppers)

If you've never checked this guy out, do your self a favor and do it now!
The last few months have been hard, some of the hardest I've dealt with in a long time. As I've struggled with my own personal dark necessities, the mental illness that has plagued me for most, if not all, of my life, I've come to a place where my world teeters on a knife edge and it's only by grace that I haven't fallen into the abyss.
This last week has been about finding joy again. In my wife, in my family, in FPV, in myself. It's been a time to learn to laugh again and to remember what it's like to live without a mountain on my shoulders. To remember that I can actually set this mountain down. The struggle is nowhere near finished but for just a brief second I saw the sun again.
I'll survive, I always do. But despite whatever happy faces you see around you, despite what words might get spoken with eloquence to hide the struggle inside, just remember that so many of us are walking around with mountains on our shoulders, burdens we feel trapped by, dark necessities that we can't escape. Your words and your actions make a difference, often times in ways that you could never, ever truly comprehend.
Choose your words and your actions wisely. You never know what demons hide behind the smile on the face of the person in front of you.
Lastly, if you're one of those carrying a mountain or your own dark necessities, if you don't think you're going to make it over the finish line before these things crush you, reach out. There are probably more than you know that will shoulder the burden with you. There are more than you know that would love to help you see the sun again.
