Hey Guys!!! Yes FINALLY I have a fitness video for you all!!! I am sharing my fails as well as encouraging words!!! I have my fitness guru bestie Christy, along to give sound advise and share the workout she created just for me! The goal is always great form, this will allow you to gain strenght easier and prevent injuries. I was told to do 10 reps of each exercise. How many set you do is up to you. I am currently at 3 sets...she wants me to do 10/10 yup thats going to take sometime!

Circuit Workout: 10 sets max reps is 10. Do what your body can handle.
Deadlifts (2 variations)
Elevated Push-ups
Bosu Burpees
Pull-ups (2 variations)
