RECIPE:

ingredients:
-equal parts: instant coffee + sugar + hot water (I used 3 Tbsp, makes about 2 coffees)
-milk of your choice

directions:
-combine coffee, sugar and hot water in a large dry bowl
-whisk like crazy
-whisk some more
-whisk until stiff on the spoon with soft peaks
-spoon over a cup of iced or hot milk
-enjoy!
