Only useful on 007/00 Classic difficulties. Angle doesn't matter as far as I know, only that you need to be crouched, then walk sideways, slowly into or out of the room.

I did not at all think Id get Facility down this low.
Ive managed to improve Aleckermits Facility time to 8:06, although I dont think his 7:54-7:59 predicted optimized time is correct. 8:00-8:04 is more likely with current strategies. - Phazonelite7

EDIT: I strafed a lot in this, and theres a quicker pump room strat. Id be happy with a 7:4x run. I may also obsolete Dam too, and start from there again. Sub 8:40 will be difficult but, thats segmented runs for you.")
