Music Video. Part of the fun of having a computer is bragging about how much better yours is than other people's.
Includes pop-culture references to Star Trek (including one from the game Starfleet Battles), Buckaroo Banzai, Dune, Back to the Future, and Dawn of the Living Socks.
Video produced using Photoshop 2026, Adobe Premiere Elements 2026, and some text to image and text to video systems.
I wrote multiple versions of the lyrics and decided on this version. I used some digital technology to produce and fine tune the music and vocals. Salute and respect to artists who don't need any variety of digital help to output what's in their head.
Older computers featured or used for inspiration in the video include ENIAC, VAX-VMS, IMac, Colleco Adam (my favourite), TI 99, Babbages's Difference Engine, hand held electronic calculators, slide ruler, abacus, and others. Older monitors include cathode ray televisions, Etch-A-Sketch, and Lite Brite.
