...vor ein paar Wochen wurde unserer Kaffeemaschine vom Miele Service ein Software-Update aufgespielt, welches dafür sorgen sollte, daß die Milchschaum-Herstellung verbessert würde - das Gegenteil trat ein: statt eines trockenen, stabilen Milschaums produzierte der 'Cappuccinatore' nur noch heisse Milch...wenn überhaupt...
...ich lies also den Service wieder kommen, und natürlich trat das Problem nicht auf! - also gut dachte ich mir, dann ist es wohl ein kurzfristiges Phänomen gewesen, und in Zukunft wird es dann wohl funktionieren...
...Irrtum, großer Irrtum - es wurde immer schlimmer; oft muß ich fünf mal(!)* Milch schäumen, um meine Tasse überhaupt mit heisse Milch (statt Schaum) vollzubekommen...
...leider war der zweite Service-Techniker ziemlich arrogant, so daß ich mir nicht noch einmal die Blösse geben wollte, ohne nachweisbares Problem dazustehen - deshalb dieses Video, das sich der Techniker hoffentlich ansieht, bevor er diese Woche wieder zu mir kommt...
* das mit dem 'fünf mal' hat den unangenehmen Nebeneffekt, daß die Maschine alle Nase lang entkalkt werden will, weil sie jeden Versuch als Entnahme zählt...und zum Entkalken muß man diese ziemlich kostspieligen, speziellen Miele-Entkalker-Tabletten benutzen - dh. im Moment bekomme ich pro Entkalkung auch nur ein fünftel der Entnahmen...blöd!...

...we had our coffee-maker updated - and after the update there was a big problem with the milk-foaming...
...after i first saw the problem with the Cappuccinatore after the update, i had the Miele-service come here and check the machine again; the technician (another one than the one who had installed the update) came, and the problem was not there - he then said that he did not believe me that there is a problem and that the machine works as intended.
Fine, i thought, perhaps what i saw before was just a one-time-failure.
Now, since a couple of weeks i am unable to get a decent cappuccino out of the machine without trying four or five times to make the milk foam - so i made this video to show the technician i'll call in this week what i experience almost every time i long for a good coffee...
