YouTube's copyright system has been a problem for a long time, however, when I saw a Mother's Basement tweet bringing attention to an apparent copyright situation much worse than Totally Not Mark's situation, about a dude with 20,000 subscribers called Suede Pokemon, I knew I needed to talk about it.

If you see a screenshot in the thumbnail, that does not necessarily make it real, the only guaranteed real screenshots included are the ones I show within the video!
