After a prolonged period of trying to keep a lot of plates spinning, I’ve finally hit burnout. And - spoiler alert - it’s not fun!

For me, burnout is where everything feels flat: motivation drops, creativity feels harder to reach, and even things you normally enjoy can start to feel strangely distant. So today I thought I’d share what burnout feels like from the inside, not from the neat and tidy “here’s how I fixed it” perspective.

No grand solution. No perfect recovery plan. Just a tired brain, a burnt match, and a conversation with you amazing people about how we keep going without simply powering through.
