My Minecraft Hardcore World Expands by 1 block whenever I find something new... but its a 100 Days Challenge! Will I survive?

In todays Minecraft epsiode 4, with Avomance, in my 100 Day Minecraft Challenge in an expanding border world.
We have come a long way since Minecraft Episode 01, Minecraft ep01, of this 100 day challenge and our border has expanding quite far... however getting new blocks is getting harder and harder for me and I can see things beyond my world limit that I would like to collect, but can't!
I've been to the nether, I've been underground and I am building a Castle keep on the top of a mountain!
My mob farm has started to work and my food farm, cow farm is coming along nicely too!
How far will I get by the end of this Minecraft 100 day challenge episode?
