I'm copying the excellent idea @stuartgriffin1001 had of combining two book tags into one video for this one.
The first tag is the My Bookish Family Tag, created by @ElenaMonti. I tried finding the channel to tag it better, to no avail. The tag is about the authors who made us into readers; I was tagged by @GenreBooks23
The 2nd tag we do together in this video is the "Reading Books About Reading Books Tag", created by @RobertGReaderofBooks-r3p . I was not tagged, but followed @stuartgriffin1001 's excellent example of combining the two tags in this video.
Prompts:
1) What do you enjoy the most about reading?
2) What is the greatest benefit you get from reading?
3) Is there any other activity which gives you satisfaction similar to reading?
4) Do you have a dedicated time each day, or specific days of the week, set aside for reading?
5) Do you have a dedicated amount of time each day for reading?
6) What is your favorite essay or book about the joys of reading?
7) What is your favorite quote about the joy of reading?
8) If you were denied time to read, or if your access to books was denied you, how would you cope?
9) Tag others. I tag anyone who is watching who would like to engage in this conversation, and also the following people:
@BookZealots
@kellireadsalot
@SueJacksonDE
@CGRatedBooks
@Vickie-Trudy
@faithbooks7906
@BookLadyLinda

David McCullough Readalong. Host - @BookLadyLinda
@Eldertalk readalong video: youtube.com/watch?v=lAvBhU73XcI&lc=UgxFLqKlAs7H0ZFIAtt4AaABAg
There are twelve books and the plan is to read them in the order of publication from 1968 through 2019.
All books are scheduled for either one or two months. Books over 500 pages are scheduled for two months.
There is a scheduled break-month (or two) between every few volumes. This will give people a rest from McCullough or give slow readers an opportunity to catch up.
The schedule is posted as a PDF download on Eldertalk's blog: lindajomartin.com
I have a StoryGraph Challenge for David McCullough, unrelated to this challenge, but which I am using to track which McCullough books I have read: app.thestorygraph.com/reading_challenges/3eda3826-56a1-40dd-a467-fcfda00b87dd
