I wanted to show how my body evolved since 5 years ago.
My life changes when I moved in the desert .No more walking in Water almost daily like in Malibu .Much less exercise more contemplation enjoying the raw Beauty of the High desert and its Silence.
A little more of belly fat as I am not exercising much , less tone but overall in good shape and healthy .
We are in a time of great transformation and it is not easy sometimes for the body to follow and adapte to the elevation of frequency of the planet that is at work and create also all this confusion and troubles around the globe that we can witness.End of an obsolete system for the rebirth of a new one unknown ...
My body changed , my skin as well.5 years ago I was soft brushing my skin , having had Shingles some years ago makes the brushing impossible now .
