I’m sharing with you my birth story, from my c-section to the myomectomy (fibroid surgery) I had beforehand, which led to my needing a cesarean birth. I’m covering what to expect during both surgeries, my experience in the differences between the two, as well as recovering from a c-section and a myomectomy (the recoveries were quite different for me). I also talk fitness and caring for your body after pregnancy.
