Hey everyone, it’s been a while since my last video, and I wanted to share some personal updates and hard-earned advice with you all. My health hasn’t been great lately—I recently visited a cardiologist and have more tests coming up—but I’m pushing through. Today, I’m opening up about my biggest regret since moving abroad: selling my condo, car, and belongings back home. If I had to return for any reason, I’d be starting from scratch, and that’s a tough spot to be in.
I also dive into practical tips for anyone considering a move like mine:
- Cash tips: Avoid bringing $100 bills—they’re a nightmare to deposit! Stick to smaller denominations.
- Property advice: Rent first! Don’t buy property until you’ve lived in a new place for at least 6–12 months.
- Free speech abroad: What’s legal in the U.S. can land you in jail elsewhere. Think before you post!
- Health insurance: Always get private coverage alongside local government healthcare. Trust me, it’s worth it.

This is something we can’t know in advance. We can only make our move, dive in and test the waters…….and see how it goes.
