Series 150 is down to the Big 8 and it's by my hands. I started looking at this a couple of weeks ago basically just as a curiosity, to see if I could maybe get Solo 5 to the end. Ensue possibly the most difficult grind I've ever had on Clone Hero (maybe BATM was worse if I'm talking about every game though, no joke).
This song is notorious and for good reason. A Hangar 18 rip-off that's twice as hard, with one gigantic gatekeeping solo halfway through and 8 little ones to put you through the gauntlet. Don't forget the 2 minutes of absolutely nothing that you have to sit through each attempt, and the horrendously chokeable ending strumming + fretting after everything.
Nearly every solo requires hardcore learning if you want any consistency. 1 is huge with "1F" and "1G" being the worst parts. 2 has a couple of transitions and is a killer for mental blocks. 3 requires you to keep steady with triplet strumming. 4 is a mess requiring multiple transitions and weird fretting. 5 is fast and very picky on runs, get ready for your nerves to shoot before and after it too. 6 takes a long, long time to feel comfortable. Strumming or raking through it is consistency suicide, you've just got to be good. 7 is my bro as I never missed it. 8 is easy but you're gonna be nervous - the last thing you want to do is miss the easy solo after all this! 9 is a big f*** you obviously, stupid Jordan tapping with a transition and random notes. And that's just the layman's breakdown.
I'll likely make an in-depth "tutorial" for this just because I've spent so much time going for it that my methods are basically perfect now, by the end of this grind it was essentially just nerve management.
