Well, August is here, and before summer slips away, I’m taking a little time to slow down, reflect, and savor the beauty of the season. 🌿☀️

In today’s video, I’m creating my August altar using little treasures and reminders from my summer: end-of-season hydrangeas from my neighborhood, sea glass, and shells I collected at the beach, a candle for grounding, and a beautiful protection spray for aromatherapy.

Each piece has meaning for me, and together they create a peaceful little space to pause, reflect, and appreciate this season of summer.

For me, living your best life isn’t about doing more. It’s always been about slowing down enough to notice the beauty that’s all around you—and creating little rituals that help you feel grounded, present, and grateful.
