I wanted to start the New Year off with sharing about my anxiety & depression. Some of you who have been apart of the QueenSheeMee family know I've mentioned of this before.
January is "Mental Health Awareness" month and I felt it only right to share experience for I've wanted too for so long now.
I suffered for too long SILENTLY until it became too much and had no choice but to seek therapy. When we hold onto old hurts, pains, and fears they tend to still appear throughout our lives in future events.

I hope that in sharing my own story that someone else will be able to share theirs.
