In this video, I build two handcrafted instruments from raw lumber in the Klesh Guitars Custom Shop:

#28 Wyvern 626.5/432 – A microtonal double-neck instrument featuring a 26.5" scale baritone guitar and a 32" scale bass, both equipped with quarter-tone fretwork.

#29 Cleaver 432 – A handcrafted 32" scale medium-scale bass designed by Kade Holt.

From rough lumber selection and milling to neck construction, fretwork, finishing, assembly, electronics, setup, and final inspection, this video documents the complete build process of both instruments.

All Klesh Guitars instruments are handcrafted one at a time in Colorado, USA.
