Hello, In this rather lengthy video I show some updated construction techniques while making a small display folder. I am making this especially to display the 52 inchies I will make for this year for the "Every Inchie Monday" challenge.
I will add some time stamps once uploaded, to make it easier to see just the bits you might want, if you don't wish to sit through the whole video...
1:25 - working out the page size
2:18 - The cover components
2:50 The "hidden" spine pieces
3:47 - The hole punching guide
4:14 - Adhering the cover pieces
12:33 - Punching the sewing holes in the spine and pages
19:52 - Sewing in the pages
25:47 - Adhering the pages into the cover
35:57 - Adding the mats and decorating the cover and fiddling about!
The "Every Inchie Monday" challenge involves making an inchie each Monday of the year according to a list of prompts...it is just a fun little interlude with a lovely group of participants.
