DESCRIPTION:
Fflewder mentally narrates his unusual circumstances - he, and so many others, were summoned from all varying times and places to participate in a competition for the amusement of an interdimensional demon, Bill Cipher, and his cohorts. Bill announces the first game: be the first of fifteen people to find one of the triangles hidden among Gravity Falls, and move on to the next round. Failures are left behind forever. One of the monsters, Teeth, bets on him and a young singer from the early 2000s, Erika. The two team up; Fflewder leaps into the role of the chivalrous gentleman ready to protect the fair damsel, right before he's scooped up by another flirty contestant, Orwen, and needs a little help getting out. He and Erika explore the woods. Erika tries to use her cell phone, which, of course, terrifies Fflewder. To someone from the medieval era, technology and magic are virtually the same thing. Erika convinces him it's not any of Bill's evil magic, and calms him down by asking a bit about his life back at home. Soon after, they cross paths with a manotaur and must hide in a nearby cave. Erika discovers some paintings on the walls which could lead them to what they're looking for. Unfortunately, the cave is home to the manotaurs, and they're not welcoming towards intruders. Erika tells Fflewder to distract them with a tune, and for the first time, Fflewder has to improvise. He makes up a tune about his and Erika's adventures, which gives her enough time to find two triangles together. She grabs hers and vanishes, and Fflewder reaches his just as the angry manotaurs close in.
Fflewder is from the oldest period of any of the contestants. Needless to say, he's got a lot of catching up to do on a number of fronts. He has to adapt to his new surroundings, ways of thinking, and how he does things in order to survive this adventure. He slowly comes around to it, and that willingness to change just might prove to his advantage...

Happy Halloween! I originally had plans for a much bigger video instead of a simple fandub, but work got in the way. I didnt want to leave anyone expecting something from me hanging though, and after seeing one of my favorite scary films, Alfred Hitchcocks Psycho rereleased in theaters again recently, I was inspired to do my take on its chilling closing monologue. The shower scene is the most famous part of the movie, but this part leaves you on just the right note, cutting right through that cheesy exposition by the psychiatrist just moments before and diving into Normans mind, where Mother has completely taken over. One of the darkest moments ever put on film in my opinion. I hope you enjoy it, and have a fun and scary Halloween!")
