This run was overall very good, but there were still a few sizeable timelosses:
Almost the worst spawns I have ever seen on o cristo cost ~10 seconds.
Super unlucky death on hidden cost over 20 seconds.
And some bad juggernaut spawns on armour piercing cost maybe 10-20 seconds.
There was also a lot of stuff that went very well though, like homeland security, wardriving, and estate takedown, those are all extremely rng levels.
So basically, sub 25 is possible, but it needs extremely good rng across the board, and basically no mistakes, a little bit unreasonable tbh, this category has so much randomness, it's really quite painful to grind, but I'm pretty happy with this time overall.
