More than a decade ago, Martin Vice, Michael Banel and Gaudium joined forces to create "Natural Mechanics", a track that would become one of the defining moments on the landmark album "The Sleeper Must Awaken." Released in 2016 after being produced during 2014–15, the album helped shape a unique sonic territory where the driving energy of techno met the hypnotic depth of psy-trance. Now, ten years later, that influential body of work is being reimagined for a new generation. A carefully selected group of respected techno producers, including Slava, Karim Alkhayat, Innervoix, Krypta, Westerby, and now HNGT, have each been invited to reinterpret classics from the album through their own artistic vision. HNGT takes on "Natural Mechanics", breathing fresh life into the original while preserving its unmistakable spirit. The result is a powerful modern interpretation that has already found its way into the sets of some of today's leading names in techno, proving that great music doesn't just stand the test of time, it evolves with it.
